PUDINA OR MINT CHUTNEY



INGREDIENTS

Pudina Leaves

Red Chilli

Urad dal

Dhaniya seeds

Mustard seeds

Hing

Oil

Tamarind

Salt

Turmeric


Take tawa add little oil. Add all pudina leaves with little salt and turmeric and keep a lid on it. let it come every thing together as a soft paste.

Take one more pan add oil when it is hot add urad dal, dhaniya seeds,add mustard seeds, red chillis and hing. Fry every thing till brown.

Finally in a mixi add cooked pudina paste along with one spoon of tamarind paste and fried items. grind everything. Salt and spicy  depends on taste.

Seasoning is optional.



MANGO COCONUT CHUTNEY






INGREDIENTS

Mango Pieces

Coconut Pieces

Green chillis

Red chillis

Tamarind

Salt

Urad dal

Hing

Mustard Seeds

Oil

Turmeric

Take a pan add 4 spoons of oil. when it is hot add urad dal, mustard seeds,red chills ( 4 to 5) and hing.

Fry it till brown. keep it aside. take mixi add mango and coconut pieces 3 to 4 green chillis and 2 spoons of

tamarind paste, little turmeric and salt grind everything along with fried seasoning.

spicy taste depends on how you add  red and green chillis.

finally seasoning is  optional.
